RIA Developer beta available

We’ve released a beta version of the “RIA Developer” tool. It’s an Eclipse plugin which extends the Aptana HTML/Javascript editors by adding support for Appcelerator widgets and the web expression language (known to some as “on expressions”). This release is just a beta, but still very usable. Our resident fiddle-player used it to build a calendar/task-tracking app from end-to-end and gave it the thumbs-ups. The next full release of the SDK will also include hooks to allow third-party developers to enable auto-completion for their widgets.
