It’s been just a few short weeks since Appcelerator introduced Titanium Mobile, bringing the power of web development to iPhone and Android mobile devices. Today we are inviting web developers—you—to showcase Titanium-based mobile apps and win valuable prizes!
Enter Your Mobile Apps
Enter your apps for social networking, personal productivity, business, education, media, games…just about anything! Apps can be for iPhone, Android or both devices. All submissions will be posted to a contest web site where we’ll ask the Titanium Community to vote to select the winners.

The contest begins today and submissions are welcome through August 14, 2009. Yes, you can enter as many apps as you like!

We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to enter your apps in the contest. Here’s how:
- Register to participate by July 17.
- Request developer assistance (Appcelerator experts providing 1:1 technical guidance and design support)
- Develop your app and submit when it’s ready (but before August 14) by email to contest@appcelerator.com. Attach an archive file (zip, tar.gz) with the following:
- A 100 word description of your app.
- The complete project source (it will remain private)
- A few (2-10) in-application screenshots that highlight your functionality.- OR -
A 5 minute application screencast.
- Tweet the following phrase from your personal Twitter feed:“I’ve entered @appcelerator’s #titanium mobile app contest at http://bit.ly/wqlz7”
- Follow contest developments by visiting the Appcelerant blog.
Receipt of your entry will be confirmed via email.
Developer Assistance
Appcelerator is making Titanium experts available to provde contest entrants with technical guidance and design support. That means you can use the contest as a way to rocket your way through the learning curve associated with Titanium and mobile app development. Contact contest@appcelerator.com to request a review.
