Appcelerator Training

by Matthew Quinlan on September 10, 2008

Some of us learn well by reading books, others learn by doing, but I find that there is nothing quite like having a guided tour by someone who is an expert in the topic at hand. We have been getting bombarded with requests for instructor led Appcelerator training recently, and we have responded with a nationwide tour of cities including Atlanta, Minneapolis, Chicago, New York, and San Francisco! We have different instructors depending on location and we even have a few community members who have agreed to participate including Kevin Whinnery from Lightrail Systems (author of Appcelerator in Action) and Frank Cohen from Push-to-Test (who will add RIA testing to the topics covered in class).

Seats are limited and we’ve already had 25 slots fill up before we even announced so register now!

For details see the Appcelerator training website.

How is this different than the Adobe Flex ?
What does it bring new to the RIA arena and why should I start using it ? Do you have some demo examples ?
